After placing your order, IB will provide a ‘Proof of Shipment’ form, which will inform the contractor of the trucking company utilized, ship date, and scheduled arrival date. This form also contains tracking information specific to your order so that you can track it via the internet. Allow one day for processing your order and refer to the trucking companies guidelines for delivery date. Most shipments are received within three to four business days. Shipments larger than 500 squares will be shipped directly and may require additional time for delivery.
